SUTOSUTO Das sind Susanne Dallmayr und Thomas Koch – zwei multidisziplinäre Kreative, die als Designer, Maler, Zeichner, digitale Künstler und Bildhauer arbeiten. Gemeinsam bewegen sie sich bewusst außerhalb ihrer Komfortzone, experimentieren mit Materialien, Techniken und neuen Produktionsmethoden, um ihre gemeinsame Kunst ständig weiterzuentwickeln. Ein zentrales Element ihres Schaffens ist der 3D-Druck mit upgecycelten Materialien. Aus Kunststoffresten entstehen Skulpturen und Objekte, die nicht nur ästhetisch, sondern auch ökologisch und gesellschaftlich relevant sind. Der bewusste Einsatz von recyceltem Material ist dabei mehr als nur ein Statement – er wird Teil der Erzählung ihrer Werke: Was wir wegwerfen, formt unsere Zukunft. SUTOSUTOs Arbeiten thematisieren Identität, Gesellschaft, Natur und Technologie. Sie verbinden analoge Techniken wie Zeichnung und Malerei mit digitalen Prozessen und 3D-Druck zu immersiven, vielschichtigen Werken. Dabei schaffen sie eine Balance zwischen konzeptueller Tiefe und visueller Direktheit. Ihr Stil? SUTOSUTO These are Susanne Dallmayr and Thomas Koch - two multidisciplinary creatives who work as designers, painters, draughtsmen, digital artists and sculptors. Together they consciously move outside their comfort zone, experimenting with materials, techniques and new production methods in order to constantly develop their joint art. A central element of their work is 3D printing with upcycled materials. Sculptures and objects are created from plastic scraps that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also ecologically and socially relevant. The conscious use of recycled material is more than just a statement - it becomes part of the narrative of her works: what we throw away shapes our future. SUTOSUTO's works address identity, society, nature and technology. They combine analog techniques such as drawing and painting with digital processes and 3D printing to create immersive, multi-layered works. In doing so, they create a balance between conceptual depth and visual directness. Their style? Between contemporary street art and pop provocation - loud, clear, straight to the brain, sometimes straight to the heart. Always with attitude. Always with a call: Looking away was yesterday.
