HEY I´M JUMU
In Hannover aufgewachsen, mit peruanisch‐chilenischen Wurzeln, lebt und arbeitet Ju Mu heute in Berlin als freiberufliche Künstlerin. Schamanenkult und die Verbindung zwischen Mensch, Geisterwelt und Natur sind feste Bestandteile ihrer Arbeit und dienen als Inspiration für ihre Masken, Leinwände oder Murals. Für ihre Werke verwendet sie alles, was ihr in die Finger kommt und schafft so eine neue, surreale Welt.

Ju Mu Monster

HEY I´M JUMU
Brought up in Hanover, with Peruvian-Chilean roots, Ju Mu now lives and works in Berlin as a freelance artist. The cult of shamanism and the connections between humanity, the spirit world and nature are perennial features of her work and serve as inspiration for her masks, canvases and murals. She uses whatever comes to hand in her works, creating a new, surreal world.
