"Angela Sepeur ist eine in Nürnberg lebende Künstlerin, deren abstrakte Werke überwiegend intuitiv entstehen. Im Entstehungsprozess ihrer Bilder geht es ihr viel weniger um Perfektion, als um Emotionen und den Mut und die Freiheit, sich von Konventionen und Erwartungen zu befreien.
Während sie in manchen Arbeiten sehr persönliche Situationen verarbeitet, wie z.B. die Krankheit eines geliebten Angehörigen, entstehen andere Werke ganz frei und losgelöst von irgendeiner spezifischen Thematik. Andere Bilder transportieren wiederum kleine Botschaften, die das Leben ganz allgemein und jeden Einzelnen von uns betreffen.
Die Künstlerin unterstützt mit jedem verkauften Bild über das ganze Jahr hinweg soziale Projekte und versteht ihre Kunst als „Social Art“. Sie glaubt fest daran, dass Kunst einen Unterschied machen kann."

"Angela Sepeur is an artist currently working and living in Nuremberg.
Her works mostly derives from intuition while striving to break out of the cage of perfectionism in the process of creating. The artistic process therefor is one lead by emotion and resistance towards conventions and expectations.
While some pictures are dealing with deeply personal themes, such as serious illness of a loved one, other works are free from a particular meaning or theme and instead free up space for intuitive creation. Additionally, the artist’s paintings often include messages, that are universally applicable to life and affect each of us.
It is extremely important to the artist to make a contribution to society with her creations. For each work she sells, she donates money to social projects that currently need support. She sees her work as “Social Art”. For Angela Sepeur it’s clear: Art can make a difference."
